At Craft Sportswear, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are still attached, and include the packing slip provided in your portal summary.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
